Peer Review Process
The Journal accepts articles of problem generalized and systematic character, which highlight the scientific research results that have not been published yet and meet general Journal's requirements.
Chief Editor (Deputy Chief Editor) sends an article for the professional expertise and reviewing of relative workgroup of experts.
A final decision is made on the submitted manuscript that falls in one of the following categories:
Accepted – the authors will be notified about the time frame within which an article will be published.
Accepted under conditions – manuscript is conditionally accepted as long as the authors provide answers and satisfy the comments of the reviewers.
Rejected – the Journal returns the manuscript which doesn’t satisfy requirements for its scientific content, methodological or logical contradictions.
In the case of acceptance the reviewers send it together with the expert’s report for publishing.
