DATES OF BIOTECHNOLOGY PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT FOR WORMCOMPOSTING OF BEDDING PUS

Abstract


The ultra structure analysis showed that cellular walls sclerenchyma, and also epidermis have extremely high density and strength. Besides, they more thickly for parenchyma walls in 2-5 times. During the period between 20-30 days of an incubation fermentative activity of microorganisms leads to more essential destructive changes of similar cellular walls. Destroying natural physical structure of a substratum, microorganisms provide consumption possibility with its worms. Through them digestive organs can pass parts with different level of destructive changes. Comprehensible parameters of norm of entering inoculums make 25±1,17g/kg. Mathematical models of process are presented in the article. Research of dependence of time wormcomposting from thickness of seam of substratum, adjacent with seam uterine crops, has been spent in solid phase fermenter for wormcomposting covering pus. The gained results of researches have been used for working out of a typical process of manufacture of biohumus.
