THE MODERN CONDITION, PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF PRECHOOL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN VILLAGES

Abstract


The processes of national economy reformation make special requirements the system of education including preschools. In such conditions the improvement of the weakest link of that system, to be exact, village preschool education, needs more attention. The different reasons of village preschools’ number reduction are given. The dynamics trends of services for village children are researched. The position of educational and material base, professional level of pedagogical personnel in villages is discussed. The financial problems and attraction of social investments for the village infrastructure development are analyzed.
