Abstract

The lipids content of the inner mitochondrial membrane and microsomal membranes of hepatocytes and cardiomyocytes of the rats under the artificial hypobiosis state is investigated. The peculiarities of the redistribution of the total lipids, cholesterol and phospholipids content in the membranes are revealed. This redistribution has a different effect on the structural ordering of the lipid component of the membranes for different cell types. The results of our research suggest the regulatory role of lipids in the maintenance of the artificial hypobiosis state.
