Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
Articles must be accompanied by a letter of appeal addressed to one of Chief Editors from the organization / institution where the article was written.
Authors are required to submit fully formatted papers, with graphs, images, and other special areas arranged as intended for final publication (in format .dос or .docx and .rtf).

Article scope - 3-10 pages
Authors of the articles are responsible for correctness of presented materials, quotations, statistical data and geographical names.
Articles should be original and not submitted for publication to other journals.
The language of publications is English. Please, make sure the text is clear, concise and meets general standards of English style and usage. Non-native speakers are encouraged to seek the professional English language editorial aid.
Structure of publication:
Title
Author(s) - list the authors' names and last names
Specific titles (e.g. PhD, Prof. etc.)
Name of the organization, university, institution where the author works.
Contact information (current, valid e-mail address, phone, fax number, postal address).
Abstract - an informative and brief description of the research results, one-paragraph length of not more than 150 words must accompany each manuscript.
Key words - include five to ten words or phrases relevant to the essence of the article.
Introduction provides a brief literature overview and explanation of the research with regard to previous studies in related field.
Materials and Methods - describe the research, data acquisition and analysis methodology, models and techniques, also statistical methods involved to evaluate results, technical facilities that were used for the investigation etc.
Results - give the data and results obtained as well as their practical significance.
Reference List arranges in alphabetical order; the reference number must be placed in square brackets in appropriate place of the text along with corresponging page numbers.Tables should be drawn in Times New Roman 12 (for table's title - Times New Roman 14, in bold), center alignment. Each table should have a numbering Arabic numerals. Don't put the number if there's only one table in the article.
Only Roman type should be used in equations. Equations need to be center aligned; equation numbers should be right aligned. Type all equations and identify special symbols where they first appear in text or displayed equations. All displayed equations should be numbered sequentially throughout the entire manuscript and appear on a separate line in the text.
Figures may be accomplished in color. Title should be in bold, Times New Roman 14. Each figure should be accompanied by a legend below it (Times New Roman 12).
Each equation, table, picture and figure should be accompanied by a reference. Do not number the pages. Use center alignment in the title and information on the authors, and horizontal alignment for the rest of the document.
The Editorial board of the Journal may not share or agree with the authors’ opinions. References on the citations are compulsory.

If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
